Hotpoint is a market leading company which has been around since 1911; its aim was to produce the finest goods that are essential in the home. It is now owned by an Italian company Indesit but it is still known as Hotpoint in the UK and Ireland. It was in 1920 that it became joined with the US with the company General electric, this was to make the company Hotpoint Electrical Appliance Company and their aim was to market General Electric products in the UK. Hotpoint’s first appliance was a toaster.

One model which will certainly make you stop and stare is the Hotpoint Combi Quadrio FF4DX which has the sophistication by adding the stainless steel to make the kitchen look contemporary. The one element of this fridge freezer is its size; it gives you 300 litres just for the fridge and 110 litres for the freezer. It comprises of 4 safety glass doors, 2 salad crisper drawers and huge door storage. With the freezer being 2 large drawers it is easy to put in all your items at once. There is an added function of Supercool which reduces the temperature of the food inside to make it level with the food going in, and then it has a Superfreeze function enabling it to get to the optimum temperature.

Another great feature which has been developed is the Deodorizing filter which makes sure that there is nice fragrance being released when you open the freezer. One common pet hate with a freezer is the old smell of the ice.

Alongside other brands Hotpoint makes sure that is has the right anti-bacterial protection to stop any bad bacteria forming. As for the rating all Hotpoint fridge freezers are ‘A’ rating to ensure you get more for your money and the environment.

If you don’t have a chiller for your wine and beers then there is no need to worry because in majority of the models there is a shelf to keep all your bottles fresh and refreshing after a hard day’s work.
